Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone, and welcome to my craft blog! At several people's insistence, I'm going to start posting my projects and a few how-to's on here. I'll start by beefing up the blog with some older projects that I did a while ago so there's some stuff to poke around at while I stock up on newer projects.

Some info on me and my paper craft style so you'll get a feel for what to expect:

I, like practically every other person in the crafting world, ADORE Tim Holtz. I love the colors, love the style, love love love it! I like dusky colors, muted greens, golds, browns, and blues. I like design companies like Little Yellow Bicycle, My Mind's Eye, and 7 Gypsies, and get most of my stamping bits and baubles from Ranger and Hero Arts. I use a lot of ink and a lot of stamps, but just like I always do when I'm crafting, if I'm using a stamp you don't have in a project you want to do, improvise! It's always nice to support companies we like (and I encourage you to do that!), but I know how expensive crafting can be, so I'll always strive to be economical in my crafting.
